Ziele/Aims |
Die Teilnehmer sollen eine typische Forschungsarbeit im Bereich der zellulären Dynamik durchführen und einen Einblick in den Laboralltag erhalten. Arbeitsbereiche umfassen insbesondere:
1. Kultivierung von Säuger- oder Hefezellen (Epithel, Endothel, Leukozyten, Bäckerhefe)
2. Techniken der genetischen Manipulation
3. Immunfluoreszenz & lebend-Zell Mikroskopie
4. Bildanalyse und Auswertung |
Inhalte/Content |
Inhalte sind ausgewählte Fragestellungen aus den laufenden Forschungsprojekten. Beispiele sind:
a) Regulation der Endo- und Exozytose
b) Musterbildung in Plasmamembranen oder Zellwänden
c) Restrukturierung zellulärer Kompartimente

Methoden/Methods |
Molekularbiologie (PCR, Klonierungen), Zellkultur und Manipulation (z.B. Transfektion) von Säugerzellen, Transformation von Hefezellen, Fluoreszenzmikroskopie (Lebend-Zell M., Vielfarbenmikroskopie, TIRF, FRAP, Laser-Ablation) und Bildanalyse (Bildprozessierung und -quantifizierung) |
