| Corona-Informationen/Corona-Information | Am ersten Versuchstag ist eine negative Testung vorzulegen. Das weitere Testungsintervall ist 2mal wöchentlich mit hauseigenen Tests. Zutrittsbescheinigungen zur Hautklinik werden vorab ausgestellt. A negative test shall be submitted on the first day of testing. The further testing interval is 2 times a week with in-house tests. Certificates of access to the dermatology clinic are issued in advance. |

| Ziele/Aims | Studierende werden die Gewinnung von Phagozyten aus Blut und ggf. Haut erlernt haben, die Zellkultur humaner Phagozyten beherrschen und Multiparameter Durchflusszytometrie sowie Immunfluoreszenz-Analysen durchführen können. Studierende bekommen ein "eigenes" kleines Forschungsprojekt innerhalb der 4 Wochen. Students will have learned how to obtain phagocytes from blood and, opt. skin, perform cell culture of human phagocytes and be able to perform multi-parameter flow cytometry and immunofluorescence analyses. Students have their "own" small research project within the 4 weeks. |
