| Ziele/Aims | The research module “Embryonic stem cell and mouse developmental biology techniques” provides hands-on experience with ES cell culture, genetic modifications of ES cells (e.g. CRSPR/Cas9, LoxP/Cre and Tet-On/Off systems), 3D culture models including artificial embryo-like structures, microscopy techniques, embryo micromanipulations techniques (microinjections, live imaging, generation of chimeras, de novo establishment of stem cell lines, etc), next generation sequencing methods and others. |
